By purchasing a hamster, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the appropriate terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.  

1. All hamsters are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. I will not hold or reserve any hamster until a deposit has been placed. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up. This may be paid in full at pick up or paid overtime. Full payment must be completed before the hamster leaves.

2. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of telling you I will have a hamster for you. The only times the deposit is refundable are if the issue is entirely on my end OR you are using a small animal transport that cancels their route and there is no other transport option. I currently accept PayPal (F&F), Venmo (F&F) and Cashapp. 

3. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a hamster or be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

4. Hamsters do not go home unless a contract has been signed.

5. If you no longer want your hamster, please reach out to me to discuss options FIRST! (Rotation among family and close friends isn't necessary to contact me for). I will take back any hamster.

6. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis and as a general rule, there are NO REFUNDS.
