Sales agreement

 By purchasing a hamster, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the appropriate terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.  

• All hamsters are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. I will not hold or reserve any hamster until a deposit has been placed. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up. This may be paid in full at pick up or paid overtime. Full payment must be completed before the hamster leaves.

• I require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of telling you I will have a hamster for you. The only times the deposit is refundable are if the issue is entirely on my end OR you are using a small animal transport that cancels their route and there is no other transport option. I currently accept PayPal (F&F), Venmo (F&F) and Cashapp

. 

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a hamster or be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

• Hamsters do not go home unless a contract has been signed.

• If you no longer want your hamster, please reach out to me to discuss options FIRST! (Rotation among family and close friends isn't necessary to contact me for). I will take back any hamster.

• Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis and as a general rule, there are NO REFUNDS.
